Tune in to find about the State Department of Education’s new LATTIS initiative! “Looping advances teacher teaming and innovation in schools” is proving successful as shown by administrators and teachers at Mountain View Elementary in Taylors, SC. Hear from Mary Ruzga, SC Department of Education Office of School Choice and Innovation, Mountain View’s principal and two outstanding teachers who give an overview of how to set up and manage a multi-age classroom as we get to see their innovative approach to teaching young students!
We’ll also journey to Windsor Hill Elementary in Dorchester School District Two where they are celebrating success with their arts integration program that involves all students, including their special needs population. This fine South Carolina school was a Kennedy Center School of Distinction Award recipient in 2009.
