Content Conference Room

ETV’s Content Division Conference Room is a compact, but very well-equipped meeting space for smaller, technology-intensive events. In its normal, U-shaped or square table configurations, this meeting room accommodates 20 persons and is ideal for departmental meetings, small training sessions, or luncheons. For media content viewing, the room can also be set up theatre-style and will accommodate 30 persons in this mode. The room is outfitted with a Panasonic standard definition DVD/VHS player, a Dell workstation computer with wireless mouse and keyboard, a ceiling-mounted Epson standard definition video projector, and an electrically retractable Da-Lite projection screen. A speakerphone and wireless Wi-Fi network access point make conference calls, Webinars, or sharing content on the main screen or to multiple user-supplied laptop computers simple and effective. As with all of ETV’s meeting facilities, the Content Division Conference Room is easily accessible from ETV’s ample free parking and is fully ADA-compliant.
