Eyewitnesses to 9/11
The “Eyewitnesses to 9/11: From Tragedy to Transformation” exhibit located at the Cherokee County History and Art Museum in Gaffney, South Carolina consists of artifacts and accounts of the events of September 11, 2001 and its aftermath. This unique exhibit shares the history of that unforgettable day through stories and artifacts from the Saint Paul Episcopal Cathedral, a church situated directly across the street from Ground Zero that served as a sanctuary to many survivors and heroes that day in September and the months after.
