Colonial Williamsburg Electronic Field Trips for 2014-15
Colonial Williamsburg Electronic Field Trips (CWEFT) support American history education for students in grades 4-8 and programs are correlated to standards, providing a compelling learning experience for students. South Carolina schools are invited to participate in the Emmy Awarding-winning series next school year!
ALL SC schools may view CWEFT programs on ETV’s South Carolina Channel (SCC) at 1:00 pm on the dates of the LIVE programs (see dates and rights statement below). Through a partnership with ETV, Colonial Williamsburg Foundation will award scholarships for all seven programs. This allows schools that apply and are selected to access the supporting teacher materials and keep recorded programs for life of recording. Plus, their students may interact with scholars and re-enactors during the broadcasts!
