SC Towns: Clover

Clover-The town with LOVE in the middle. The Town of Clover is conveniently located within short driving distances to Charlotte, N.C., and Rock Hill, S.C. Clover citizens have access to big city amenities while preserving a small hometown quality of life. The Town of Clover was incorporated in 1887 and has a growing population of 4,014, according to the 2000 Census. Clover's legislative structure operates under a council form of government composed of a mayor and a six member council elected at large.
