ESTATE GIFTS

Will
A bequest through your will is the easiest way to make a substantial gift.

Life Insurance
A gift of life insurance provides leverage for a large gift with a relatively small outlay of current dollars.

Revocable “Living” Trust
Like a will, a revocable trust gives you the ability to give a gift to the ETV Endowment and control your wealth during your lifetime with the additional advantage of avoiding probate.

Retained Life Estate
A retained life estate allows you to donate your home to the ETV Endowment while retaining the right to reside there for life.

LIFE INCOME GIFTS

Gift Annuity
A charitable gift annuity is a wonderful way to make a meaningful gift while enjoying income and tax benefits.

Charitable Remainder Trust
A powerful tool that can provide income for you or your heirs, a CRT can accept complex assets.

Charitable Lead Trust
A CLT can reduce estate taxes by making annual gifts from the trust to the ETV Endowment and then distributing the trust proceeds to children or heirs.
