Hotels near ETV

Suggestions for ETV Technology Workshop

Have not stayed at any of these. Sorry. I have heard the Rose Hill and The Whitney are very nice. The Courtyard Columbia Downtown at USC on Assembly was just fully remodeled in 2007, parking garage attached, and it is the closest.

Check out http://sciway.net/hotels for possible hotels. There are several new ones in Columbia.
Look for ones near USC, USC Football Stadium, Convention Center, Coliseum, or Koger Center. Or near Fort Jackson off I-77 on Garners Ferry Road. All would be within a few miles.
Or if you like mall shopping, maybe try the Harbison/Columbiana Mall exit off I-26 where there are lots of places to eat and shop. You will just need to leave your hotel by 7:30 to beat the traffic into town.

Rates for March & July 2011 are $85 plus tax for the One Bedroom Suite & $115 plus tax for the Two Bedroom/Two Bathroom Suite.  Either book on-line under the "Govt. Rate" or call the hotel directly and ask for the SC ETV block. (GREAT location for walking and shopping at some really NEAT shops!)
