Check on Trouble Ticket Status
If you want to look up a trouble ticket report, click either OPEN (problem still exists) or CLOSED (problem has been fixed and signed off by the technician), or if you already have the ticket number, enter it in the TICKET # field and this search will supercede all others. If not, select your COUNTY from the list. Remember to click on SUBMIT at bottom of the form.
Please call us if you do not see your equipment problem listed 24 hours after posting it electronically. Be sure to check the CLOSED list even if your problem still exists. The problem may have been signed off by your technician.
