State House Update March 31, 2017

This week in the South Carolina State House, suspended Sen. John Courson, R-Columbia, appeared for a bond hearing over his criminal ethics charges, the roads bill officially stalled in the Senate, debate on medical marijuana bills continued in Senate and House committees, and a bill to carry guns openly without a permit is poised to move in the House.
