Lee Correctional Facility Making Music

For the last four years, a chamber music ensemble from Carnegie Hall in New York City comes to Bishopville to spend a week as part of a program through the S.C. Department of Corrections. The group, Decodas, works with inmates at the Lee Correctional Facility to compose original music and then perform it in concert. It’s bringing much more than just music to the facility.
