REMEMBER PEARL HARBOR: HOW STUDENTS LIKE YOU EXPERIENCED THE DAY OF INFAMY
WYES-TV/New Orleans will commemorate the 75th anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor by hosting a virtual field trip for students to the National World War II Museum.
During this interactive webcast, students will get to explore museum artifacts related to the attack as student reporters learn firsthand from eyewitnesses who were 11-20 years of age during the time of the surprise attacks. Military survivors who were at Pearl Harbor during the attacks also share their stories.
This virtual field trip is recommended for students in grades 5-8 and is free to all registered classrooms.
