Palmetto Scene

ETV’s weekly magazine-style series airs each Thursday at 7:30 p.m. and focuses on SC arts and culture, business and economy, education, health, politics, and technology. 

 

Sept. 1 – Topics include:  A look at several education initiatives throughout South Carolina, including “Reach Out and Read” and Teacher Cadet programs.

Sept. 8 – Topics include:  A wooden bowl artist; an art conservator; and a program connecting incarcerated mothers to their children with a book.

Sept. 15 – Topics include:  The state of education with Superintendent Molly Spearman; a summer camp where teens give back.

Sept. 22 – Topics include:  The future of the aerospace industry in SC; Olympian returns to hometown of Hartsville; and latest Original SC.

Sept. 29 – Topics include:  Health issues in South Carolina.
