Brad Livingston

Brad Livingston is the Chief Financial Officer and the Director of Financial Operations. He has worked at ETV for 10 years, first as Director of Accounting, then assuming the CFO role in 2008. He is responsible for all finance and procurement functions of ETV. Prior to working at ETV, Brad worked for eight years in fiscal affairs at the Department of Health & Human Services, the state agency that administers the Medicaid program. Brad is a Certified Government Financial Officer and earned a BS in Accounting from Clemson University. Brad was born and raised in Swansea, a small town twenty-five miles southeast of Columbia. Brad and his wife, Lisa, have two daughters.
